This is now more than a month I've made a withdrawal request in the amount of 819 euros on Winbig 21 casino (request withdrawal dates 17/07 ) which has still not been processed.
Until now I never had a problem on this casino but my withdrawal requests did not exceed 300 euros.
On chat we have not stopped telling me your withdrawal will be processed in the week but nothing ever happens. Now no one answer me on chat . I also sent several messages to the support that remained unanswered.
What can I do for my withdrawal request to be processed?
