I have played on the casino non deposit bonus and after meeting the wagering requirement on the allowed games, I make a withdrawal which is capped at USD100. This USD100 is also inclusive of my own deposit of USD25, meaning that i only make a net gains of USD75.
After sending my international passport and national id and also my latest credit card statement, i make my withdrawal .
The nightmare finally cames as thereafter, about 2 days after the withdrawal, the requested amount USD100 will be reversed back to my gaming account without any email from them. I have a live chat with their customer service and being informed that the Neteller account which i used to deposit with them is not available. This is totally ridiculous as when i make my withdrawal, the neteller account already there and now they used this stupid excuse to delay payment and do not even answer my email.
