On April 7th, my withdrawal requests for $1000 and $665 were approved for payment, I have provided proof of this below. All of my required documents were submitted correctly. I was contacted by a representative and told payment would be sent in 2-3 weeks. I waited 3 weeks before contacting the casino again. After being given the run around for a week I finally got in touch with the person who is supposed to resolve these issues. Her name is Ally and she's from "casino support center". She keeps telling me "soon, soon". Enough is enough and I wanted to file a formal complaint. I have been patient, and there are no reasons why it should be delayed this long. It's been almost 2 months since it was approved!
