My account were closed for no reason after making a deposit from my credit card at VipRoomCasino. I e-mailed support and they told me it have something to do with my IP address been linked to a other account with fraud activities, but that is impossible as I have never before had a account at VipRoomCasino nor did anyone in my household that I know of. I use Telkom ADSL South Africa with a dynamic IP address. I don't know what to do further as they refuse to reopen my account. And keep telling me there is details that mismatch but never elaborate. I had the account for a week long before making a deposit. Why have it taken them seven days and ten minutes after my deposit to close my account. If my IP address were linked to another account why have they not close my account immediately before the deposit. They didn't even send me a e-mail or anything that they have closed my account. I'm very highly disappointed in them as they had no reason to close my account. I'm the only one in my household who uses the internet really and certainly the only one who would do online gambling. I never had a account before so the fact that my IP were linked to another account is absolutely ridiculous. Could you please help me in this matter as I would like to have my account reinstated because I have done nothing wrong?
