I requested a withdrawal of $1,600 on Aug. 05, 2016 and was told it would be 7-20 days. It has been 20 days and I spoke with someone via Planet 7's live chat to no avail. I was told my withdrawal had been sent to the escalations department and to email their escalations manager, Ally. I emailed her Friday Aug. 19, 2016 and received an automated message that said:
"Let me inform you that I am currently handling a high volume of emails and this may result in a response timeframe of 3-5 business days."
Still haven't received a response, so I spoke with live chat again, and was told once again to email her. I informed them that I still hadn't heard from "Ally". They said to email their payouts department. However, I doubt I'll get a response any time soon. This seems to be an ongoing issue with Planet 7. After this withdrawal, I won't be playing with them ever again.
