Withdrawal approved on 10 Aug 2016. Now is 9 Oct 2016 (60days). No one returns emails, cant get them on the phone , and chat says they keep elevating the matter to the highest levels whatever that means. I know sometimes it takes longer than they say it will, but 60 days is longer then necessary. Request update on when my check will be in the mail.
