I initially requested my first withdrawal via ACH on 8/20/16 and received confirmation of successful verification and that my request was sent for processing. I have had many conversations with the finance department requesting updates and on 9/8 was told that it'll be a few more days. On 9/22 I submitted a complain't on lcb, where they contacted slotsplus, and the reply was that my payment was taking a long time because I chose the ach option (even though, at the time, their website listed the ach withdrawal option to be the fastest and take 3-7 days). On 9/25, i canceled the initial withdrawal request and resubmitted for a payout via check by courier. It has now been 16 days since doing that, and having $4500 just hanging up in air for 2 months has been frustrating to say the least.
