Hello so I have an approved withdrawal from 7/29 $1865.00 and one from 8/27 $1610.00 not received so 55 business days for the first and approx 35 or so for second. I have all my emails ive attempted only after 35 days to find out where money is and no responses to any of them. I did live chat with withdrawals dept a month ago was told they have not gotten the been processed email I was assured I would get it soon after have not. Now my chat doesnt work all I get for three four weeks is wait for a rep to get on the line. I have called twice to a supposedly 24/7 customer service only to get message that the person at ext not available and I have left two msgs on vm so I think? Ive emailed help once back on 9/15 and on 10/12 and I do not get a return response from a rep within a business day as it says. I have emailed the processing and withdrawals depts. numerous times over last month and nothing. I am stressed out frustrated and wondering where my rightful money is. By the way these were verified as approved and for amounts when I had my chat a month ago! Can someone help me they are ripping me off by not paying up and refusing to contact me ignoring my correspondence. Sam
