I can't believe I am going down this road again. I thought after the first time of having to wait 3 months to receive my check that Slots of Vegas would have cleaned up there act but I was wrong. I received a bonus chip on August 23, 2016 with an ungodly amount of play through but I did it, and the max amount of winnings I could win was $1854.00, and that's what I won and I cashed out. That was on August 23 and it's now October 21 and I still haven't heard anything. I ended up moving at the end of September and had to send in an updated utility bill and I did that. I've spoke with several 'people' on live chat because that is the only way to reach anyone but all they give you is the run a round. One guy says he'll expedite the check and to follow up in a couple of days and when I did that they are now saying I made a withdrawal for '300' and '350' and cancelled the rest. I did not make any withdrawals other than my request for my $1854.00 winnings from August 23. Can you please help me with this so that I can receive my money?????
