I deposited $250 in order to get the 250% bonus, on the bonus itself it states that black jack is eligble, on the terms and condition page it states that blackjack has a 20% contribution to the rollover. Upon depositing and playing, I Check the cashier and contrary to the terms and conditions, I discover the blackjack is ineligible.
I called the 1800 number of the website and spoke to a representative who claimed to be transferring me to a manager, this person then transferred me to another individual, who transferred me back to the original person i spoke with, who then claimed to be transfering me to a person named "regan". Then i was promptly disconnected.
I believe I was mislead regarding this bonus and wish to have all past blackjack wagers calculated at 20% and attributed to the rollover requirements of the bonus.
