Have been trying to resolve these issues through phone support, live chat and also emails with no progress and minimal reply. My account was locked due to a request for verification documents. I sent All the required documents which were received and approved according to the live chat rep. his name was Clark, i had him send me an email to confirm (attached). My account was then unlocked. when i log into my account and go to the personal details it shows that no documents have been uploaded or received and the document status section is blank. My address, phone number, and postal code are all blank in the details section and my birth date is incorrect. Changed from 01/01/1992 (what i entered at registration) to a completely different date. I attempted to update the info myself, as the site appears to have that option, but it will not allow any changes or updates. This concerned me so i immediately called into phone support to fix the issue. i spoke with a rep who said there was nothing he could do and that if the info was wrong it was my fault. He then explained that no information or documents pertaining to my account were ever received on his side. i explained to him that i had an email as proof. he responded saying that he was unable to help me. This casino was excellent to play on and i enjoyed it very much. These issues most definitely detract from that. I know there are many other casinos out there but if we are able to get this resolved then i would prefer to keep playing at Royal Vegas Casino. I believe i should be able to feel safe and secure while playing on this site and that is my end goal. any help/replies will be greatly appreciated thanks
