They offer a bonus for new players and I deposited £30 and received a £45 bonus. After playing for a short while I won about £800 and then continued to play various other games. This morning I have received the following email from the casino:

1. Your account has now been terminated effective immediately.
2. Any remaining funds in your account have been returned to you.
3. You are banned from the group.

They have closed my account, and not told me why. They have also closed my account at Hello Casino where I also won a considerable sum the following day. On both occasions I have not broken any of their terms and conditions and they are not telling me what I have done. I would like them to pay me my balance from my Fruit Casino account and my Hello Casino account because I have don nothing wrong.
