I requested a withdrawal and submitted my docs on 10/05. After several emails and then speaking to live chat I was told they did not have my docs. After I gave them the dates and email addresses they found the docs and it was sent to a manager. On 10/25 my withdrawal was approved for $850. I waited a couple of weeks and inquired again. Again I was told it would be sent to a manager and when I asked when I might expect my money I was told you will get it when you get it. It has not been over a month since it was approved and I still have not received the money. I have received two $100 withdrawals from them in the past without so much delay. They say I am a VIP member but I can't tell.
