I put in a request for a 700 dollar payout on 10/08. on 10/27 received an email stating payout declined. I replied"why". they replied" assigning representative , expect response in one business day".amd they assigned a ticket number for future reference. 11/3 no reply. 11/7 I replied to them again stating the facts about my replies .still nothing. 11/30 nothing. 12/01 again I sent a inquire, nothing .and inbetween these email to them I called their customer service phone several times, never getting through to them at any time only getting a recorded message stating that ext number 15018 is not available, I never dialed an ext number. So I called a different customer service number from my emails from them and all I got was a recording that all represenatives lines are busy, "good- bye" and this is after waiting on the phone for over 5 minutes each time.
