I won 2,500 on 10/2/16...approval for wire transfer of 2,155 was done on 10/30/16 and one for 345 was approved on 10/30. I still haven't received anything. Called and once was told someone would call me back, but that never happened, then called again and was told it would be sent to escalations again. They need to pay what I won as they have taken lots of money from me!
