I have withdrawals of 101.45 approved 11/17 and 108.50 approved 11/25 which have not (yet) been paid (the terms and conditions state 48-72 hours after approval). There has been no response to my queries of what is the status of these payments. It distresses me, because I have like this casino for years, even after they revoked my VIP status with no explanation.
