I started playing at Planet 7 recently. I have played on other sites and I found Planet 7 to have a better mix of slots that I liked. My 1st several deposits used no bonus offers. I was able to get 2 withdraws submitted for 2500.00 each. I then decided to keep depositing money as needed and would use No play Thru Bonus offers. At the end of several weeks I had 6 withdraws pending for $16,000. I decided not to keep playing until i was aware of how well they would pay. So far, the communication is horrible. I have submitted all my appropriate paperwork on 3 different occasions now. I do this every time I am lucky enough to get a Live Chat Rep. They always tell me that they do not have my paperwork and to resubmit. I got an email the other day tat said my withdraw for 2500 was declined and that it was approved for 200.00. I waited over an hour to get a Live Chat session. They told me that they could not process without paperwork. I asked them how i got the 200.00 approval if paperwork had not been received. They came back in about 10 minutes and said that I must have used a Bonus and that was the last I heard from them. I was disconnected. I have 16k in withdraw requests and the 1st 5000.00 are without bonuses. I no longer can get any response from them via phone or email. The Live chat is a waste of time. I need help in getting my withdraws. I have several friends that all want to play on Planet 7 but this has become a very large deterrent to deposit any more money with them.
