I have sent docs on three occasions and again this morning I am being asked to allow a further 48 hrs for verification. I requested a withdrawal of 700 euro last week and submitted documents then. My documents have always been accepted elsewhere without any trouble. I really enjoyed my play at Wild Jack casino and found live chat and support to be very helpful and courteous . I am disappointed that I have to resort to issuing a complaint as I hoped to play there regularly.
