i was playing on the casino with a no deposit bonus..i won and then they said to me that i must make a deposit and send to them the verification form...i completed them and then they said to me that i am not able to cashout cause i am from a ban country i have to make 3 deposits first before i use any bonus..they voided my 100 i was won from my bonus and they left me with 30$ on my account from my last deposit.i was playing with my own real money and i won again...then i made a withdrawl request fo 100$ and they declined it as they said cause for to make any withdrawl request i should have made 3 deposits..they voided again from me 100$..this winnings was from my real own money..after of all that , i said to them that i want deposit refund..they said to me that i will have my money before the end of the previous week..today they said to me that the finance department advised them thay the dont refund my deposit back cause i played down the 30 $..yes i played the 30$ but i won 100$ which they voided..
