I deposited to SpinIt several times over the course of about 3 weeks. I did their welcome offer followed by 3 other reload offers. I was happy that they were sending me multiple offers, I didnt win any money but on the final offer they sent I won £3198. I was absolutely over the moon, just before Christmas I was hoping width-drawls would be quick.
It took 1 week for my account to be approved after speaking to live chat several times. Eventually they approved my account and then within 2 hours they had told me my money was confiscated "due to breaking the terms and conditions". They were not specific about the terms I had broken as you can see in the email. I triple checked the terms and spoke to live chat who did not help me further.
I have not broken any terms, I did not exceed a max bet or anything. They were happy to keep taking my money and now it comes to paying out they are refusing. Please help this is a lot of money to me.
