Hi. I submitted for a withdrawal on 12/15. The website states in the terms and conditions that all withdrawals will be accepted within 3 business days. I am well past that. When I attempt to contact the live chat. The only responses they can give are, we are sorry please be patient and wait longer. No one ever knows what is going on. I finally was able to speak with a VIP Host who said she was going to email the withdrawal department, but that hasn't done anything either. I successfully was able to withdrawal using bitcoin after a lengthy process last month. I was hoping that the process this time may be a little further sped up as I had already withdrawn and sent in the appropriate forms. The process has already been taking longer than the last time. I was approved within 48 hours of submitting previously.
