I recently won a fairly large amount of money on this site but I don't understand what the issue is for processing my payment as I keep being told different things each day.
I made a withdrawal for all of the winnings on the 22nd of December and on their site it clearly states all withdrawals will be processed within 24hrs and most cases quicker. It would then take 2-7 days to reach the bank account. We are now on the 26th December and it's still in progress and not processed. I keep being told different time frames. I was assured it would have been processed now and since then I am being told it could take longer. Please help
