I have 4 withdrawals that were approved on 11/8 that I have not yet seen. I am set up for wire transfers from this casino and have received payment before in a timelier fashion so not sure why these have taken so long. I have discussed with the online chat support twice now (once second week of December, once right before xmas) and both times they have told me that they would put forth a "rush request" with the manager but I have heard nothing since.
