All Slots Casino - Verification utility bill not accepted because it has to be colored?!

The 23d of this month i requested an withdrawl and i have send the documents, then they asked for the documents again. Today they said that the utility bill is not valid because of the colors i think. I have read other complaints and i know they will do anithing to not pay me. I heve to receive 4278,24 €, and now i saw that they have put the money back in my casino account. I can do nothing my utility bill is black and white. Please help.
