Yes my payment was approved on Dec. 23, 2016. As of today they money has not been sent to the processor for payment. I have spoken several time to the casino and they just keep saying please be patient. I will close my account with this casino once my payment is in my bank account. This is the first time I have had problems with this casino. Even though 2 month ago they said they had a new policy and all payments would be faster.
The amount of my withdraw that was approved is 1325.00 the bonus was already removed from this amount. Thank you in advance for your help with this matter ... Askgamblers help me several years ago with Ruby Slots with the same problem, looking forward to working with you in this matter.
