I have an complaint about PartyCasino. I received an email from partycasino about my welcomebonus that on top of that i would get free spins. So I made my first deposit at this casino. But I didn't get my free spins. So I asked support where are my free spins? support asked me to forward the email that I received from partycasino... I thought what a strange thing they ask because their casino sent me this promo email.
But okey I sent them the email regarding the free spins on top of my welcomebonus. And then when I sent it support had to sent it to the right departement. And i thought they would credtit me the free spins. So I had to wait. And finally the next morning when I got those free spins on Aztec Gold and I played them I won 7,5 euro and when I wanted to play with the winnings from the free spins the 7,5 euro the casinosystem took it back.
Now I have chatted many times with the chatsupport of the casino and the first answers the chatsupport gave me were many lies is my opinion or two different answers.
Now they say they have to found out what happened... but thats not my problem is my opinion it's there problem. I just want my 7,5 euro that I won from my free spin winning. And they say that they can not credit those 7,5 euro to my account without knowing what went wrong although it's the casino to blame for this problem that my money is gone.
And now I am waiting for 2 to 3 days for my money and the problem still hasn't resolved. I have the feeling that they are holding back some things from me becuase the whole situation is verry suspicious.
I have deposited and wnat my bonus and free spins and if somethiing went wrong its not me to blame for its the caisino..... and i have patienced enough about this matter and thats why i am filling in this compaint.
