Hello. I have two withdrawals that planet seven owes me. The first one for $2056 was approved back on November 8th, 2016, 2 1/2 months ago. The second one, totaling $847 was approved November 15, 2016, two months ago. I have been informed that the payment for $2056 was sent to third-party processing news on December 21, 2016. I was informed the second payment for $847 was sent to third-party processor's January 5, 2017. It is now January 16, 2017. Several of us have gotten together on Facebook who have the same problem with planet seven and many of them have received their money when they were approved after I was. This is very frustrating. I am a level two VIP player and have been playing it planned at seven for almost a year. I rarely request a withdrawal and when I do this is what happens. I like the casino, I like the games, I like many of the chat people. But what fun is it to play and what motivation do I have to refer my friends when I am treated like this with a simple withdrawal. The excuses I get are numerous and mind-boggling. They range from we moved to a new location to third-party processors take an extra long time. I'd like to remind planet seven that is not my problem. When I comes time to deposit they take my money immediately. I cannot recommend this casino to anybody at this point in time until I receive my withdrawals and get some assurance that this problem will be fixed in the future.
