I have been playing with silver oak for at least 5 months and I have yet to receive any payments. And when they approve withdrawals some bonuses are subtracted from the amount of the payout. I understand some bonuses say this but they are doing it on some without it being stated in the beginning. They say I have a check over $900 that was paid over a month ago. I have spoken to the VIP Department several times with no progress. However Laura seems to try her best but she isn't holding the purse strings. I was referred to this casino by Planet 7. I had to get help from Ask Gamblers to eventually get paid by Planet 7 so please help here as well apparently these two Casinos are the same company. These games are fair and fun to play but its no fun having to wait so long to get paid! Please help thanks in advance.
