I have been waiting two months for my $8000 payout and have received nothing. Supposedly one of the payments for $2400 has been sent to the processor, but that was on dec 23 and I have not received the check or a tracking number. The support people at planet 7 just keep giving me the same runaround about how it's a busy time for there and to be patient and my payout has been escalated, but I'm beginning to wonder if I'm going to receive any of my winnings. Also, the managers will not reply to emails. Also, I have the chat screen captures from the conversations. I would really like to get this resolved. Thanks
