I signed up for this casino in last few weeks and deposited without taking any bonus as I prefer to play without restriction. I won and requested a withdrawal of €700 on the 13th January 2017. I submitted verification documents the next day and received no email back so contact chat support and was told they weren't received do I emailed them and they were received. There I a pending period, according to T&Cs , of 47-72 hours. I was hearing nothing back and my withdrawal, even now, remains pending. I have contracted chat on several occasions and yesterday I was informed that my withdrawal was authorised and processed. Today my withdrawal is pending do I contacted chat again and was told it wasn't authorised it pending, he didn't know why I was told that and it should be paid next week, no date given and then the chat was terminated. It is a no bonus attached draught win so there should be no issue. I'm being told lies by support staff and now I fear that my winnings are not going to be paid. My emails are also being ignored and not responded to from their banking section and 'system errors' are being cited on occasion.
