I made a withdrawal on October 31st for $1150. When I checked my account with the casino, I could see that the withdrawal had been approved. When I heard nothing from the casino, I started to email them. I have emailed them repeatedly only to get one excuse after another. They told me they were having trouble getting a tracking number from the service who delivers their checks and that their payment processing people were behind. At the end of January I will have waited 3 months. I think that is an unacceptable time to wait for the payout. I would really appreciate any help you can give me with this matter. Norma Huffaker
