It has been 3 months since my withdrawals approved. I tried live chat and called customer rep to check status. they keep telling me that my request has been esclated to payment department and my payments should be send out soon. But, it's been 3 months already and I also have other withdrawals which has been approved over a month ago. This is not what they promise in terms and conditions about withdrawal process. Please advise how I can get my payments soon.
