Once again, I am having trouble with this group. I have several withdrawals (checks) coming, beginning way back on 1/13/2017, well past their supposed 10 to 14 day waiting period) for different amounts, including: $580, $520, $500, $665, $650, $570, All of these withdrawals were made within two weeks, and all since 1/13/2017. I submitted new paperwork including their signed authorization form and copies of my credit cards, licence, and utility bill. I even sent a carbon copy of everything to Tawni, whom has handled things for us before with this group of Casinos...but have heard nothing as of yet.
Please help me collect on my winnings (less the bonus amounts) ASAP, as I am entitled to them...thank you in advance for your help with this situation and have a nice day.
