I'm hoping you can help me. I won some money at Palace of Chance last year, and I haven't received any payouts from them yet. I made 4 withdrawal requests:
August 21, 2016 --(approved for $1492 by casino on Sept. 1)
September 1, 2016 ---( approved for $2290 withdrawal by casino on Sept. 9)
October 10, 2016 (approved for $1145 on Oct., 31)
February 6, 2017---requested $2500, not yet approved.
Like I said, I haven't received any of my withdrawals, despite 3 of the 4 requests being months old. Nobody from the finance department has contacted me; I tried getting hold of support staff via phone and live chat a few times, but I keep getting messages saying they're busy and am unable to get through. I'm concerned that as so much time has passed, they may have lost my withdrawal requests or the cheques have been sent to a wrong address. Are you able to help in any way? Much appreciated, tks.
