Hi,
I made 3 withdrawals on 17 and 18.01.2017 which was ( 700, 500 and 800)
the first one on 17.01 was 700 and i received it after 2 weeks from the withdrawal,
The remaining till now not received.
i asked them about that and they reply with the below email:
