Signed up with Winner 12 days ago, after playing and depositing, I tried to withdraw my winnings with no luck, realised I needed to verify my account so sent photo and address ID the very next day (the exact same documents I use for every online casino I sign up to and are always accepted within 1 or 2 days) I got an email stating if I didn't hear from them within 72 hours it means they had been accepted and my account was verified, 72 hours later and no email, I tried to withdraw again to find I still couldn't, it has now been over a week since sending the documents and thanks to their online chat I am told my photo ID has been accepted but my address one hasn't but it hasn't been declined either, just not looked at yet, I was told to 'have some patience' which frankly I felt was rude considering they state they take 72 hours maximum to verify accounts and by now it was 5 days since I'd sent my documents.
I've emailed 3 days ago to find out what the delay is, how much longer I can expect to be waiting etc but surprise, surprise...i've had no reply.
Absolutely disgusted with the service from them and lack of communication in helping resolve this but after reading a lot of stories online I'm now no longer surprised, just wish I'd seen them before I bothered putting my money into them
