I feel generally attacked by this website.
It started on 27 October, 2015 when I deposited 100 euro. Despite continual offers from support I insisted on playing without a bonus because I didn't want to read through pages of terms and conditions. I turned the 100 euros of my money into 500 euros. I then requested a withdrawal. The next day I was informed that they had confiscated my winnings as they have a term on their site that says you can't bet more than 30% of what you deposited on a single hand. I complained on numerous sites but they told me they can get away with putting such things in their terms and conditions even though it violates generally held principles that you can bet as you please if you are only using your own money. Anyway I accepted what everyone said on the matter and attempted to get my 100 euro deposit out of this horrible place. Now my withdrawal has hit my e-wallet but it is only 70 euro. They have again stolen from me in the manner of 30 euros.
I looked in their terms and can only see this "While we usually do not add any additional fees, any expenses charged by the financial institutions will be deducted from your withdrawal amount"
Surely skrill wouldn't charge them 30 euros on a 100 euro deposit. I would like my 30 euro back.
This casino is incredibly predatory in their actions and continually trying to find any way possible to fool their customers out of their money.
