Club Player Casino - Still waiting for payout money months later

On October 29, 2016 I requested a withdrawal of the $300 in my Club Player account. For reasons that were never explained to me in any way that makes sense, Club Player determined that even though I had $300 marked "withdrawable" in my account they were only going to honor a $100 withdrawal. They approved a $100 withdrawal on 11/11/2016 (and kept the other $200). They were supposed to honor this withdrawal via check. It's 3 months later and every time I've contacted customer service they've said their payment processing system is very slow, they've apologized and insisted the money was coming eventually but they didn't know when. On January 11, 2017 I requested a wire transfer in the amount of $2,100. This wire transfer was approved on January 20, 2017. That transfer also hasn't come to my bank account, and worst of all in one of the chats I had with customer service, they informed me that it wouldn't be until at least 1 week AFTER the $100 check was sent that the wire transfer would go out. Last week the customer service person said both would be sent out within the week and if they weren't I should get back in touch with customer service. When I went to contact customer service it said they were all too busy to chat right now but to try back later. So instead I decided to file this complaint in the hopes that you all could help. Thanks!
