I submitted a withdrawal of $2500.00 in early January of 2017. Upon the initial verification, I confirmed with the withdrawal department that my paper work was current. The next email I received was that it would take 10 days to verify the withdrawal and upon approval it would be sent to the payment processor. I received the 2nd approval on 1/30/17, which was 5 days past the promised the date. I did have to contact the withdrawal center several times after the 10 day waiting period. The reason for the delay is always the same " we have a lot of withdrawal requests to process and please be patient. In the email of the confirming the payment being sent to the processor, it would take between 15 and 20 days business for the check to be sent. I waited until day 19 to contact the withdrawal department and once again was told "due to high volume of payment request " your payment request has been escalated to a supervisor. I was told that it would be another 15 business days before I would be contacted by the supervisor regarding my payment status. I have withdrawn money several times and it is always the same story, after patiently waiting until each time frame is met that they apologize for the delay but due to the high volume of requests they are behind in payment requests. It seems that the only way to get my money is either use Askgambers or continually call or chat with the withdrawal department.
I would like to add is that I have always received my money, but the time and effort is not what you commit to your customers on your website and in your emails. I look forward to getting this quickly resolved and receiving my payment.
