This is my updated complain.
I won 262 GBP with 888casino no deposit bonus. I sent my id and on 11.02.2017 got reply that my account was verified. I requested a withdrawal and on 13.02 got an email from Operation department that my account was restricted again and additional documents were requested.
I sent requested same evening. I uploaded files through safe-cashier and sent an email with files to operation department.
Since then nobody replied. I received only email from 888casino that my deposit was paid back and winnings were transferred to bankroll.
Finally I sent 5 (five) emails to operation department regarding my matter and nobody replied.
Documents were uploaded through cashier twice without any results.
I even tried to contact 888casino support regarding this (reference numbers are 170214-002949 and 170216-001361) but as you can guess already nobody contacted me.
Dear Askgamblers, please help me to get a reply from 888casino about my account status and any explanation what i have done to deserve this.
