I made two withdrawals at POC on 11/27/16 for a total of $5000. After almost three months, I have not been paid. I was asked to send new verification docs about 5 times over a month. Finally, I was told in mid January that my docs were approved and payments would be sent. Ten days ago, I was told that a wire for $2480 was sent on 2/7/17 and I have received nothing. I asked for the second payment to be sent via check for $2500 and I was told that would be sent immediately. It has not arrived. I am beyond frustrated. I have been a VIP at POC since 2006 and I feel like anything but a VIP. Now I can't get anyone to respond and their chat Disconnects me immediately stating they are too busy. Please help me get paid!
