Planet 7 Casino - Two payments stalled for over 3 months

I have two withdrawals up in the air for over three months. The withdrawal of $1800 was requested on 10/21/2016, approved on November 8. The second withdrawal of $1622 was requested on 11/10/2016, and was quickly approved on November 12. Since then, I haven’t received any payments. I visited live chat and escalated the withdrawals three times: on December 17, on January 10, and on February 9, but still no real progress with the payments. My documents were properly filed in October 2016. The live chat is hard to reach, this year it got a new feature when it automatically disconnects you after a few minutes, instead of letting you stay on hold. I also wrote an email to withdrawals department but the email bounced, so apparently the email address that Planet7 publicly displays at https://www.planet7casino.com/contact-us.php doesn’t really exist. Although I enjoyed the playing experience and game selection at Planet 7, I feel that Planet 7 as well as other affiliated casinos need to really pick it up in the area of payment processing. It’s especially ironic when the FAQ section on Planet7 website says: “Planet7 Casino prides itself on providing prompt payouts. Your payment will be made within 7 business days after approval“. I guess many players will agree that while taking 2-3 weeks for payment processing is still understandable, taking anything longer than one month is already perceived as being rude. Just wanted to give my feedback, if a casino cares about its reputation. I’m asking for help with my withdrawals; and it will be also nice to see a substantial improvement in payment processing speed at Planet 7 in the future. Thanks, Volodymyr < surname removed >
