Hello, I requested a withdrawal for $400 which got approved on 02/02. All the necessary documents, etc.are updated in my account since december 2016. Everytime I would email I would receive a generic inquiry id and a letter saying they would contact me within 24 hours. This went on and on for a while, when i get on chat they would just say it was being processed, or some random generic excuse. This is my second win and payout request, the first time was a trouble too, but got resolved. I am a player from Austria, i will not play in this casino again. Can you please help me to get my small withdrawal? It is only $400. Thank you in advance!
