For over three months I cannot receive a payment of $200. I sent in all necessary documents on January 3, 2017. I received a letter that my documents are verified. A month later, I checked upon my payment. To my surprise, my $200 were returned back to the balance of my account. I tried to apply for the withdrawal again, but it was rejected.
When I contacted a support specialist via live chat, I was told that I did not send in documents. How is that possible?
I got a letter that my documents were received and verified. I do not understand what is happening. It is inacceptable to wait for a withdrawal for over 3 months. Please, help to sort out my situation.
