I made a withdraw on the 28th of Feb. Which was 7 working days ago spoke to the staff on live chat after the 5 working days and they couldn't give me answers as to why it wasn't processed then today I wentered on again to asked them and they told me a withdraw had been processed for 400 but I received an email saying it was pending. The withdraw I made was for 713. Which they change after I asked why it was taking so long I've sent 2 emails complaining at the service and the fact the staff can't answer my question and I've still not heard anything back I've continously asked to speak to a manager and got nowhere. And I still don't know when I'll get my money.
