I played at Ruby Casino in January and I won $1982 on the 29th. I have all documents there and approved. My cashout was approved on Feb 3, and I have not received my winnings yet. Its been more than 6 weeks. I expect a delay but this long??? Hopefully you can help expedite this or at least give me a reasonable timeline...
