This casino is terrible- worst experience i have ever had! So on 10/23 i finally won a big jackpot after playing at this casino over a year (and about 25 large deposits made). I won 2800 mbtc. I requested a cashout, and nothing. One week later, after contacting chat numerous times, they always just tell me to wait.. wait... wait... one guy on chat said they can only pay smaller amounts, so i decided to break down my withdrawal request into three 1000 mbtc withdrawals ( i had 3120 mbtc altogether). Finally after 10 days (unheard of for a bitcoin casino, who usually process within 24 hours, also what they state on their website) I received ONE of the three 1000 mbtc withdrawals- that is it. Now it has been 17-18 days and everytime i contact support (literally 100 times now) they say they have no idea when i will get paid, they have no information about it, and that's it. I really need help because first off this is not fair what they are doing their policy is terrible! I earned those funds fair and square and i am afraid i will never see them. Please help me i have threatened them with telling them i am contacting websites, they just don't care.
