I have been waiting over 3 weeks from the date of my initial withdrawal request. They say payout will be made between 1 and 5 business days. I have verified my identity and now keep getting the standard excuses. "our finance team is experiencing a large number of withdrawals" and "your request has been escalated". I doubt I will ever get my payment. Funny how when they take our deposits it takes only seconds.
