I'm missing the payment of $509,00 since November/2016.
After I contacted several times the online support with no results I decide to try to resolve the situation through CDS.
After they answered me I contacted the casino manager < name removed > and sent him the documentation and information that he asked me. This was on 06/03/2017.
On 17/03/2017 I emailed him to ask for a update about my withdrawals and untill now I had no response from him.
I hope you can help me to get my money.
