I requested a payout of $100 from Grand Fortune in early January and was told it had been wired to my bank. I waited a week and nothing had shown in my account. During that time I won $600 and requested a payout. It is now 3/25 and have received nothing.
As others have stated, I have tried endlessly to contact Grand Fortune only to be told to wait another 15 business days. This is my first time filing a complaint and hope that Ask gambler's can help as I feel I am getting the runaround. Thanks very much.
